Lime Cumin Marinade

• 34 cup buttermilk
• 3 limes, juice of
• 3 limes, zest of, grated
• 2 garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon dried mint
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper

1. Combine all the ingrediets and marinate.
