Chile Lemon Roasted Broccoli

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Cut broccoli into florets.
  3. Remove stem and seeds and finely slice the chile.
  4. Cut 4 strips of zest from the lemon.
  5. In a roasting pan, toss broccoli, chile, and lemon zest with the oil.
  6. Spread into a single layer and sprinkle with the salt.
  7. Roast until broccoli is tender and starting crisp on its edges.
  8. Halve zested lemon and squeeze fresh juice (about a tablespoon) over cooked broccoli.
