Blueberry and Chia Seed Smoothie

  1. Place the chia seeds in a cup or jar, add 1/2 cup of the almond milk and stir thoroughly to combine.
  2. Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes, or refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a blender.
  4. Add the blueberries, vanilla, coconut butter and cinnamon, and blend until smooth, adding honey to taste.
