Apple Blueberry Pie

  1. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Add apples, blueberries and lemon juice;toss to coat the fruit.
  3. Turn into pastry lined 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Dot with margarine.
  5. Add top crust; seal and flute edge.
  6. Bake in a 425 degree oven until crust is browned and filling is bubbly.
