Turkey & Vegetable Soup Mexican Style -

  1. Pour chicken broth into a 4 quart pot.
  2. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
  3. Add turkey diced and vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, or until broth begins to boil again.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with tortilla strips and cilantro.
  6. Add some lemon juice if desire.
