Coconut cookies

  1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy, about 3-5 minutes Add egg.
  3. Beat until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Slowly add the flour to the mixture, mix well.
  5. Then add coconut flakes
  6. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven at 340F.
  8. Role the dough into balls (about 1 tbsp)
  9. Bake at 340F for 15 minutes.
  10. Leave the cookies on a cooling rack until completely cool off.
