Mushroom and Onion Smothered Swiss Steak

  1. Melt margarine in large skillet on high heat.
  2. Add steaks; cook 5 min.
  3. on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add mushrooms and onion to skillet; cook and stir until tender.
  6. Stir in flour until well blended.
  7. Stir in milk gradually.
  8. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  9. Stir in steak sauce; spoon over steaks.
  10. Serve with the rice.
