Udon and broccoli
- 1/4 lb Udon noodles
- 14 oz broccoli florets
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lite soya sauce
- 2 tbsp pork loin drippings
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp heaping cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- Add noodles to pork drippings add 1 cup boiling water or bring water to boil
- Add salt and celery salt add garlic and broccoli let cook 7 minutes covered
- Add soya sauce stir well cook till boiling
- Mix water and cornstarch together well add to noodles stirring constantly till thickened
- Serve hope you enjoy
