Chili-Rub Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well.
  2. (The rub can be made in advance, covered and refrigerated up to a week.)
  3. Rub chicken pieces well with mixture and place in zip-top bag or in a bowl.
  4. Refrigerate several hrs.
  5. or overnight.
  6. When ready to cook, grill chicken to your liking.
  7. Let stand 5 min.
  8. before serving.
