Egg Salad With Smoked Meat

• 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 1 cup finely diced smoked meat
• 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
• 1 12 cups finely diced celery
• 12 diced olives
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sweet-hot mustard (2 T Dijon and 1 T honey may be substituted)

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Chill and serve.
3. Can be served on a bed of lettuce or sandwich.
