El Diablo Anejo
- 1 12 ounces tequila (Anejo preferred)
- 12 ounce blackberry liqueur
- 12 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 teaspoons blood orange juice
- 1 dash bitters
- 2 ounces sparkling wine
- Combine all of the ingredients except the sparkling wine into a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass, top off with sparkling wine and stir.
- Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
