Brazilian Rum Coffee

  1. In a large saucepan combine cocoa and salt.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Over medium heat, slowly stir in water and coffee; heat thoroughly but do not boil.
  4. Stir in rum extract.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream for a nice treat!
