Cheesy beef and bean soup
- 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
- 2 cup beef broth
- 1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 14 ounce can stewed tomatoes
- 1 10.75 ounce can nacho cheese soup, I used campbell's
- 2 tsp each of salt, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder
- In a large saucepan, cook beef until no longer pink.
- Stir in all other ingredients and bring to simmer on medium heat.
- Once simmering turn to low , cover and cook 20 minutes longer.
- Serve with sour cream on top!
