No Peeky Beef Casserole

• 2 pounds stewing beef cut into pieces
• 1 package onion soup mix dry, mix
• 1/2 cup red wine dry
• 1 can soup, cream of mushroom
• 4 ounces mushrooms whole

1. Combine all ingredients in CROCK-POT.
2. Stir together well Cover and cook on Low 8 to 12 hours.
3. Serve over noodles or rice.
