Bulgur Feta and Olive Salad

  1. In a medium bowl, combine bulgur and boiling water.
  2. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes or until bulgur is tender.
  3. Pour off any remaining water.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
