Breakfast Pizza Recipe
- Pillsbury All Ready Pizza Crust
- 1 pound sausage or possibly 8 strips bacon
- 1/2 pkg. frzn hash browns
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese or possibly cheddar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/8 c. lowfat milk
- Salt, pepper, garlic pwdr
- Spread crust on cookie sheet or possibly round pizza pan.
- Cook sausage or possibly bacon.
- Drain all but a small amount of the grease, add in hash browns to cooked meat.
- Cook till thawed and slightly brown.
- Cover crust with the meat mix.
- In a small bowl, combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and spices.
- Beat slightly, just till Large eggs are mixed.
- Pour over the pizza.
- Sprinkle cheese proportionately over all and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
- Serves 12.
