Simple Sweet Chilli Chicken
- 2 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 3 cup cooking oil
- cut chicken into 1 inch chunks
- mix flour and cornstarch together then coat chicken in mixture
- put cooking oil in pan of choice and heat to 375 degrees
- deep fry chicken for 3-5 minutes or until golden (be sure not to overcook)
- place cooked chicken on papertowel.
- in a medium skillet combine sweet chilli sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice over medium heat til its bubbly then add cooked chicken and toss to coat
- serve over white, brown or jasmine rice
