Simple Sweet Chilli Chicken

  1. cut chicken into 1 inch chunks
  2. mix flour and cornstarch together then coat chicken in mixture
  3. put cooking oil in pan of choice and heat to 375 degrees
  4. deep fry chicken for 3-5 minutes or until golden (be sure not to overcook)
  5. place cooked chicken on papertowel.
  6. in a medium skillet combine sweet chilli sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice over medium heat til its bubbly then add cooked chicken and toss to coat
  7. serve over white, brown or jasmine rice
