My Family's Sweet n' Sour Pork

  1. Cut the meat into large bite-sized pieces, and cut the vegetables into easy-to-eat sizes.
  2. Turn it back up to a strong heat for the finishing touches, and add the water-dissolved katakuriko to thicken.
  3. Add the meat, and drizzle with sesame oil to taste.
  4. Place the vegetables into a heated pan and saute over strong heat, and add the soup ingredients once the onions are transparent.
  5. Reduce the heat, and cook through.
  6. Check the flavor at this point, and add soy sauce to taste.
  7. Turn it back up to a strong heat for the finishing touches, and add the water-dissolved katakuriko to thicken.
  8. Add the meat, and drizzle with sesame oil to taste.
  9. "Extremely Tender!
  10. Pineapple (Core) Marinade" will make the meat even more tender.
