Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground beef, cooked, drained King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 12 jalapeno peppers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add meat, tomatoes, nuts and raisins.
- Cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally; drain.
- Return meat mixture to pan; stir in 1/4 cup cheese.
- Place peppers on foil-covered baking sheet; fill with meat mixture.
- Bake 10 min.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 3 to 5 min.
- or until melted.
