Lilhpster's Vegan Broccoli & Tomato Pasta

  1. Warm the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli, tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Turn the heat up to medium-high and sautee until the broccoli just begins to get soft.
  4. Add vegetable broth and onion powder.
  5. Turn the heat up to high and bring to a boil.
  6. Add pasta and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta becomes soft.
  7. Let it cool a bit.
  8. Serve it in a bowl and sprinkle red pepper and nutritional yeast to taste.
  9. Enjoy!
