Lobster Pasta Sauce Recipe
- 2 lobsters
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 bunches parsley
- 2 med. onions
- 3 lg. can crushed tomatoes
- 8 c. water
- Grnd black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. or possibly more should be spicy
- Put extra virgin olive oil, parsley, onion and black pepper in pot over medium heat.
- Place lobsters in pot live and turn frequently till lobsters turn red.
- Put in tomatoes and water; cook at medium heat 2-3 hrs till it is medium thick consistency.
- The last 1/2 hour remove the lobsters and shell return meat to the pot with any juice from the lobsters.
- Serve on thin spaghetti.
