Easy Cheese Fondue
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups swiss cheese
- 2 cups sauterne wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- Place in top part of double boiler and place directly on burner and bring to boil.
- Put pan in bottom of double boiler and all ingredients except the Swiss cheese.
- Add 3 Tbl.
- cornstarch, softened with water.
- Add the cheese and stir until cheese melts.
- Put into fondue pot.
