Garden Buckwheat Pasta
- 1/2 pounds Buckwheat Macaroni Noodles
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 15 whole Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 cup Loosely Packed Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/4 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Shavings
- Cook the pasta until al dente.
- Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, and drain the rest.
- Return to pot, and toss in the oil, pasta water, tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Serve with parmesan shavings.
- Seriously, that was IT.
