Garden Buckwheat Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, and drain the rest.
  3. Return to pot, and toss in the oil, pasta water, tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with parmesan shavings.
  5. Seriously, that was IT.
