Meat Loaf for 120
- 40 lb. ground beef
- 16 eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 cups old-fashioned oats
- 5 cups tomato juice
- 3 lg. onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup salt
- 2 tbsp. pepper
- 3 cups water
- 1-1/2 cup ketchup
- 6 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Combine beef, eggs, oats, tomato juice, onions, salt andpepper.
- Form into 16 loaves.
- Place in 9x5x3 loaf pans.
- Combine sauce ingredients; pour 3 tbsp.
- over each loaf.
- Bake at 350F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until no pink remains, basting once with remaining sauce.
