Broiled Flounder/Sole With Warm Orange Glaze

  1. Place fish on a greased boiler pan.
  2. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  3. Broil 4 inches from the heat until flesh flakes with a fork, about 8 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine marmalade, orange juice, ginger and pepper sauce.
  5. Heat, stirring.
  6. Serve glaze over the fish and garnish with orange sections and chives if desired.
