Chicken Soft Tacos with Spicy Creamy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breased, Cubed (or 1 Pound Shrimp)
- Flour Tortillas, To Serve
- Coleslaw Mix, To Serve
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- Salt And Pepper
- For the tacos, mix the spices and olive oil together and toss with the chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- While chicken is marinating, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- Heat a fry pan on the stove to medium high and add the marinated chicken.
- Since its cubed it will only take a few minutes to cook, 3-5 minutes.
- Toss the chicken periodically.
- Cut one of the larger pieces in half to check doneness.
- Warm tortillas.
- Top with chicken, coleslaw mix and a healthy drizzle of the sauce.
- Serve with Spanish rice and sliced avocado.
