Chicken Soft Tacos with Spicy Creamy Sauce

  1. For the tacos, mix the spices and olive oil together and toss with the chicken.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. While chicken is marinating, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  4. Heat a fry pan on the stove to medium high and add the marinated chicken.
  5. Since its cubed it will only take a few minutes to cook, 3-5 minutes.
  6. Toss the chicken periodically.
  7. Cut one of the larger pieces in half to check doneness.
  8. Warm tortillas.
  9. Top with chicken, coleslaw mix and a healthy drizzle of the sauce.
  10. Serve with Spanish rice and sliced avocado.
  11. Enjoy!
