Christys Chili

  1. In a large skillet over med-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink and drain off the fat.
  2. In a large pot or slow cooker, combine the beef with the remaining ingredients.
  3. If cooking in a pot, bring to a simmer over low heat and cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2-3 hours.
  4. If cooking in a slow cooker, stir to combine and cover.
  5. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
