Acorn Squash With Nutmeg Recipe

  1. Cut squash into quarters; remove seeds.
  2. Place squash, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish; add in boiling water to the depth of 1/2 inch.
  3. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 min or possibly till tender.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients; divide among squash cavities.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F an additional 10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
