Bread With Walnuts, Olives And Herbs Recipe

  1. Sieve flour and salt together.
  2. Rub in fat and add in sugar.
  3. Mix yeast with a little hot water.
  4. Add in to the flour.
  5. Add in water at this point.
  6. Knead to a smooth dough.
  7. Cover and leave to bulk ferment (45 min)
  8. at 24C/76F.
  9. Once risen, fold in the dry optional additions of your choice.
  10. Divide into the required size.
  11. Mould and place on to a greased tray.
  12. Leave to prove till doubled in size.
  13. Bake in a preheated oven at 230C/450F for 10-12 min.
