Apple Scones Recipe

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.
  2. Cut in shortening as you would for a pie crust.
  3. Stir in apples and raisins.
  4. Add in sufficient juice to make a stiff dough.
  5. On floured surface, roll dough about 1/2" thick.
  6. Cut into triangles and bake on cookie sheet for 10 min, or possibly till light brown.
