Bacon-Cheddar Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Have an oval or square oven safe baking dish ready.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add softened cheese, bacon bits, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese, fold into mixture.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish and add remaining cheddar cheese and bread crumbs evenly on top.
  6. Bake 810 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite chips or crackers.
