Bacon-Cheddar Dip
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Real Bacon Bits
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 1/4 cups Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Have an oval or square oven safe baking dish ready.
- In a mixing bowl, add softened cheese, bacon bits, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese, fold into mixture.
- Transfer to the baking dish and add remaining cheddar cheese and bread crumbs evenly on top.
- Bake 810 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite chips or crackers.
