Coffee Cake with Yeast

  1. Let rise until doubled.
  2. Punch down and pat in buttered pans.
  3. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top.
  4. Bake at 350F (180C).
  5. for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
