Healthy Homemade Bars

  1. Set oven to 275.
  2. Combine egg and almond butter until well mixed.
  3. Add honey until texture is smooth.
  4. Add the oatmeal, raisins and dried cranberries.
  5. At this point add any seeds, chocolate, or powder.
  6. Place on a lined baking tray in balls, or place the mixture 1 inch thick in a well greased glass baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Cut into desired size square or place balls onto a rack to cool.
