Grilled Herbed Potatoes

  1. Saute celery in butter; stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Scrub potatoes.
  3. Cut each potato into 1/2 inch slices, cutting to, but NOT THROUGH the bottom.
  4. Put a slice of onion between the potato slices.
  5. Place each on a square of heavy foil.
  6. Drizzle the butter mixture over each.
  7. Wrap securely.
  8. Grill over med coals for 1 hour.
