Fruit Baskets

  1. Crumble shredded wheat, stir in coconut and sugar.
  2. Drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat.
  3. Line 6 6oz muffin cups with foil.
  4. Press mixture into the bottoms and up the sides of cups.
  5. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Cool, remove by lifting foil.Peel off foil.
  7. Add fruit and a dollop of yogurt.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
