Fruit Baskets
- 2 large shredded wheat biscuits
- 14 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 14 cup butter, melted
- fresh sliced blueberries
- banana
- strawberry
- peach
- vanilla yogurt
- Crumble shredded wheat, stir in coconut and sugar.
- Drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat.
- Line 6 6oz muffin cups with foil.
- Press mixture into the bottoms and up the sides of cups.
- Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
- Cool, remove by lifting foil.Peel off foil.
- Add fruit and a dollop of yogurt.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
