Vegan Pub Spread
- 1 cup Firm Tofu, Not Silken
- 1/4 cups Cashews
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Seeded, Roasted, And Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 cups Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Vegetable Bouillon Powder (or Spike Seasoning)
- Blend the tofu and cashews well in a food processor, stopping to scrape the sides a few times.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Refrigerate overnight before eating.
