Easy Fried Pork Chops

  1. Get a frying pan out and put oil in the pan and put on about low- medium.
  2. Let sit.
  3. Take out 2 bowls , 1 with a lid preferably.
  4. Put 2 eggs in one bowl with no lid.
  5. Put dijon mustard in the bowl with the eggs and then mix.
  6. In the bowl with the lid, put bread crumbs in it.
  7. Then sprinkle oregano,basil, salt and pepper.
  8. Put the lid on top and shake or you may stir.
  9. First put 2 pork chops in the bowl with egg mixture.
  10. Then stick both with a fork about 10 times.
  11. Then turn over and repeat.
  12. Dip 1 pork chop at a time in to the bread crumb mixture.
  13. Flip over to cover it with the crumbs.
  14. Then put 1 pork chop at a time in the pan then turn on medium.
  15. Leave on each side 5-6 minutes.
  16. Repeat 7 and 8 till your finished.
  17. Put on plate or tray with napkins to drain then your done.
  18. Makes up 6-8 pork chops.
