Sandwiches with Pesto Spread
- 2 slice Bread
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Pesto (Genovese sauce) (Homemade or store-bought)
- 10 grams Spinach (salad variety)
- 2 to 3 slices Thinly sliced ham
- 1 Egg
- Toast the bread (optional).
- Fry the egg sunny-side up (or as you like).
- Spread the pesto on a slice of toast, and top with spinach on the other.
- Put the ham and egg on top of the spinach, then place the other slice of toast on top.
- Cut and serve.
