Turkey & Cheese Butter Biscuit Pie

• 1 (16 ounce) can large refrigerated biscuits
• 30 slices deli turkey (thinly sliced)
• 12 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
• 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
• 1 12 teaspoons mustard
• 1 12 teaspoons honey

1. preheat oven to 350.
2. spray cookie sheet with pam.
3. separate biscuits 4 & 4, roll out each set together to make top and bottom layers, about 7-8 inch diameters.
4. mix together mayo, mustard and honey, spread on biscuits.
5. layer on turkey and cheddar cheese
6. cover with top layer of biscuit and seal the edges.
7. bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
