Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Bring 3 top ingredients (sugar, margarine, milk and optional cocoa) to a full boil on medium-high heat.
  2. Turn heat down and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat quickly, and add peanut butter, marshmallow and nuts.
  4. If chocolate fudge is desired, add 4 heaping T. of Hershey's Cocoa to the sugar/margarine/milk mixture.
  5. Stir, mix well, fast!!
  6. I use a glass Pyrex 8x12-inch dish sprayed with Pam.
