Fluffster's Crab Stuffed Tomatoes
- 1 lb lump crabmeat, carefully sorted and cleaned
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 13 stalk celery, chopped fine
- 12 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 4 large tomatoes
- romaine lettuce leaf
- Directions:.
- In a mixing bowl, blend crabmeat, mayonnaise, celery, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice, if using.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Hollow out the 4 large fresh tomatoes.
- Fill with crab mixture.
- Serve on top of fresh Romaine lettuce leaves.
