Our Family's Keema Curry (Ground Meat Curry)

  1. Mince all the ingredients.
  2. Finely mince the garlic, but roughly chop the other ingredients...
  3. Add oil and garlic in a pot or a frying pan, then turn on the heat.
  4. When fragrant, add the onion, and stir-fry.
  5. When the onion becomes wilted and translucent, add carrot and king oyster mushrooms, and continue stir-frying.
  6. When the ingredients are almost cooked, add ground meat, and continue stir-frying.
  7. Add curry powder and stir-fry to coat the ingredients.
  8. Add the ingredients and simmer for about 10 -15 minutes.
  9. Add curry roux and dissolve.
  10. Add your favourite secret ingredients!
  11. I use instant coffee.
