Spaghetti Vongole

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 10 mins
  2. chiop shallot and soften in oil with crushed garlic and dried chilli for 2 - 3 minutes
  3. add clams, parsley and wine and cook for a further 4 - 5 mins
  4. serve over the cooked spaghetti
