Tartar Sauce

• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 12 lemon, juice of, a
• 2 tablespoons horseradish
• 2 tablespoons minced onions
• 2 tablespoons red peppers or 2 tablespoons green peppers, minced
• 14 cup pickle, minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped finely
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce
• 13 cup ketchup

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Cool for a couple of hours before serving.
