Spring Garden Skillet
- 36 frozen homestyle meatballs
- 4 red potatoes, halved halved, and then halved again to make 8 equal pieces each
- 3 medium yellow onions, halved, halved, and halved again, to get 8 pieces from each
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 2 cups prepared beef gravy
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 cups peas
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place each ingredient in one of the corners of a deep corning dish or other deep oven safe dish.
- Make sure you have lid to fit of make one from foil.
- Pour gravy over each of the four ingredients.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and pour peas in the center of the dish.
- Cover and return to the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, leave covered for 6 to 8 minutes to cool off.
- Serve with a Salad and Garlic Bread.
