Greek Salad

  1. Chop spinach and lettuce.
  2. Wash and let dry.
  3. Cut tomato in half, and dice one half.
  4. Set other half aside.
  5. Cut slice of onion, core, and cut into quarters.
  6. Cut chicken into 1" strips, and place into Zip-loc bag.
  7. Add lemon juice, pepper, and salt, and shake.
  8. Place chicken into frying pan, and cook until strips are at 165F.
  9. Plate lettuce, spinach, tomato, and onion.
  10. Arrange chicken, and sprinkle cheese.
  11. Drizzle dressing over top.
