Fast&easy prawns pasta

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water
  2. Put a bit of oil in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic.
  3. Let it cook until golden
  4. Add the prawns and let them cook
  5. Cut the tomatoes into small dices.
  6. Add the wine to the pan and let it evaporate.
  7. Add the tomatoes.
  8. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
  9. If it's too dry add a bit of vegetable stock
  10. Add pepper and salt to taste... serve!
