Fast&easy prawns pasta
- 1 cup prawns
- 1 box cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water
- Put a bit of oil in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic.
- Let it cook until golden
- Add the prawns and let them cook
- Cut the tomatoes into small dices.
- Add the wine to the pan and let it evaporate.
- Add the tomatoes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
- If it's too dry add a bit of vegetable stock
- Add pepper and salt to taste... serve!
