Beau Monde Seasoning Mix Recipe

• 1 Tbsp. grnd cloves
• 1 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. grnd bay leaf
• 1 Tbsp. grnd allspice
• 2 Tbsp. grnd black pepper
• 1 tsp grnd nutmeg
• 1 tsp grnd mace
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 2 Tbsp. grnd white pepper

1. In a small mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients.
2. Pour into a tightly closed jar and store in a cold, dry place.
