South of the Border Dip

  1. Combine the chili and chiles in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the shredded cheese to chili mixture and stir until well combine and the cheese is melted.
  4. Pour into a large serving bowl and serve with corn chips.
  5. Enjoy!
