Recipe Secrets Garlic Fries
- 1 ounce Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix (1 envelope)
- 13 cup melted margarine or 13 cup butter
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 lbs large red potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In large bowl, blend soup mix with margarine.
- Place bread crumbs in small bowl.
- Add potatoes to soup mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- In 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray, arrange potatoes in single layer.
- Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
